Description
Automatic For The People by REM. This is the original 1992 12" vinyl Warner Brothers album produced in Germany (UK: WX488 (9362-45055-1)). The record is in VG+ condition - though there are surface marks, it plays well and sounds great. The sleeve is in Very Good condition - no real wear on any of the edges and just one or two slight creases (see pics) though there is also a contemporary sticker on the cover (again, see pics) which I forgot to take off at the time. It also has the poly-lined inner sleeve.
I don't really need to say anything about this album - if you like REM, you'll love this album. AllMusic gives it five out of five, while Pitchfork gives it a 9.3 (which still strikes me as a little low!). It;s the band's biggest album and includes some of their biggest hits.
All records are from my own collection.I have roughly 100 albums for sale, which I will be putting on Ebay in lots often or so over the coming weeks. In general, I will put a low opening bid price– generally at £0.99 - as I wish to sell these records (so I can clear someshelves and use any profit to buy more). The exception will be where Ebay recommendsa higher opening bid price. In that case, the opening bid price will always belower than the average Discogs price or the last price the record sold for on Discogs. If you have any questions, please message me.
1st Class postage within the UK is £3.85,which covers parcels up to a value of £20.00. For items over that value, I willsend by ‘1st Class signed for’, which covers parcels up to a value of £50.00and costs £4.85. If, by any chance, any sells for more than that, I will sendit by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, which covers parcels up toa value of £500.00 and costs £6.75.
If you buy more than one record, thepostage costs per item will diminish, up to a weight of one kilo. Pleasecontact me and I will provide an invoice with an updated postage charge. Thegeneral guide is that up to three records can be packaged and sent for the sameprice as one, although if the overall value goes above £20, I will send thepackage as 'signed for', increasing the postage as above for both yourprotection and mine.
