If there is a better recording of APPALACHIAN SPRING, please reveal it to me. This one has rocked every audiophile salon and listening room I've ever exposed it to.
Exquisite stage, together with such breathtaking definition, it will have you looking side-to-side at the players. (My dog would "watch," disbelieving there wasn't anything between the loudspeakers!)

I am a big fan of Varese, and the OCTANDRE here…well…let's just leave it all, unsaid. (Big, big surprise coming. Oh yeah.)
