The Factory Seal on the back cover has

 a very small diagonal tear about 1/4" across the beginning of the seal on the top left side of  the record where the left flap begins

otherwise the seal is perfect  unbroken  and all the way sealed.   Minor shelf wear/ edge wear

The shipping charges are actual cost or as close as I can get....frequent USPS rates and service changes together with the numerous policy changes by eBay and Paypal concerning Shipping  can make this an inexact science from time to time...breaking even is the sole factor in determining the shipping cost...never profit.

I  store and ship all records separate from their covers to prevent  seam splits and ring wear.

All records are shipped with:

•  special mailer,
•  custom cardboard insert pads
•  protective poly outer sleeve
•  heavy duty mailing tape
• invoice/ packing slip
