OVERSEAS SHIPPING
EBay members outside the U.S. will have to purchase insurance.  The reason being. 
The U.S. Postal service can only track items, and will only accept responsibility for items within U.S. jurisdiction. 
I can ship items express mail to you (six (6) days for example) to any country, however, it is only express to the end of U.S. jurisdiction. 
At that point your postal service can take months to get your item to you.
Sorry it has to be this way.
Objects shipped outside the United States are subject to duty well as other fees.   Please contact  your  customs dept. prior to bidding.
