On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Badfinger called "Ass" and is an INCREDIBLY rare 1973 Stereo Apple 1st Pressing on the Apple label!!! THIS IS PROBABLY THE RAREST UK BADFINGER APPLE LP AND HAD VERY VERY POOR SALES ON RELEASE!!!! TODAY IT IS IMPOSSIBLY HARD TO FIND A UK 1ST PRESSING WITH ITS ORIGINAL INNER!!!! THIS IS AN ORIGINAL UK 1ST PRESS WITH A UK 1ST PRESS RECORD, A UK GARROD & LOFTHOUSE COVER, AND A UK GARROD & LOFTHOUSE INNER!!!! THE MATRIX NUMBERS ARE SAPCOR 27 A-1U & SAPCOR 27 B-1U. THE MOTHER AND STAMPER CODES ARE 1/R & 1/R - MEGA EARLY!!!! DONT MISS THIS MASSIVELY RARE OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A MEGA RARE 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP!!!! This is an ORIGINAL 1973 Apple Stereo 1st Pressing, and is very VERY hard to find indeed!!!! The Cat. No is SAPCOR 27 on the ORIGINAL Apple label (see picture) and is a Stereo Apple 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Badfinger at their best!!!! Any fan of Badfinger, The Beatles or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in brilliant condition!!!! Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a couple of the MEGA lightest hairlines only visible under EXTREME light (more like paper scuff lines), and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL HAS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! The record must (STRICTLY) grade Very Good++++ if not Excellent(Minus)!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL Garrod & Lofthouse Picture inner sleeve!!!! The Garrod & Lofthouse Cover is in brilliant condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the back is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!! The only incredibly minor defect to the cover is some VERY minimal (barely noticeable) rubbing in a few places!!!! The cover must (STRICTLY) grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS VERY RARE!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY!!!!
