Rare "Badstreet U.S.A." 45 rpm 7" record by Michael Hayes and the Fantasia Band.
Released on the Grand Theft label in 1983, this single was produced by Jimmy Papa.
Side One features lead vocals by Michael Hayes with backing vocals by the other two
members of The Fabulous Freebirds, Terry Gordy and Buddy Roberts. The Fabulous
Freebirds were a professional wrestling tag team and archrivals to the legendary Von
Erichs throughout the 1980s. The record is in good condition with some visible wear
including several light surface scratches on both sides. The wear / scratches can be
a little difficult to see in some of the photos. I have tested the record - it plays fine.
There is also a faint circular stain on the Side One label. Side Two is an instrumental
version of the same song. The sleeve is in good condition with some normal wear,
a 1/8" tear at the top, a crease and some light staining on the back. Please see all
9 photos to verify physical condition of actual record in hand. Thanks for looking!
