Description
BAKERLOO: BAKERLOO 1969 1st UK PRESSING ON HARVEST / EMI Cat No. SHVL 762
First UK pressing of this rare and sought after album, the only full release by the band. A really nice copy which has not been subject to heavy play over the years. Due to ebay's 12 photo limit we have uploaded further photos which can be viewed by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: http://tinyurl.com/y7vb8awc
CONDITION OF VINYL The shiny black vinyl has minor lines and marks but nothing deep or serious. Labels have some faint foxing spots and a few spindle traces. Plays very nicely with just occasional light static/surface noise in quiet sections, which never becomes obtrusive. There are some faint clicks over the first 15 seconds or so of Side 2 Track 2. Audio clips available on request. Overall grade is a strong VG+.
CONDITION OF SLEEVE The cover is laminated which has helped to preserve it over the years. It does have some signs of ageing and wear, mostly around the edges, including a 1" split to the top edge on the rear section of the gatefold (please see the close-up photos), but is otherwise very presentable. The Harvest inner sleeve has some moderate creasing and wear. Overall grade is VG.
MATRIX NUMBERS SHVL 762 A-2, SHVL 762 B-2.
