ARTY 148
OBSCURE BRITISH hard rock five piece hard rock band featuring lead vocalist Jim Diamond, ex Steamhammer bassist James Litherland and future AC/DC bassist Cliff Williams. Music is tough blues based heavy rock with Diamond coming over as a particularly accomplished belter very much in the mode of Roger Chapman. This was, of course, years before he struck out on a solo career scoring a couple of hit singles in the eighties. Comparisons? Think Streetwalkers or Baker Gurvitz Army for useful reference points.
Interestingly guitarist Danny McIntosh went on to marry Kate Bush!

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Vinyl: Beautiful clean condition. No spindle marks and only the very faintest sign of any other use. Grades as MINT-!
Cover: Again virtually no signs of use. Issued in a beautifully designed cover. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, tiny faint ring wear, no split seams and one barely visible crease. Spine is stiff, square and totally uncrushed. Impossible to find like this after 38 years. Grades as Ex
