Extremely good and really fresh melody punk powerpop from England. You will love their second 7” if you like pure summertime melodies and hyper-melodic songs. This original first pressing was released in 1980 (catalogue number Z 5). The A-sider ‘Summer Fun’ is crammed-full with sparkling elements. A true winner which starts with a great spoken intro and many ba-ba-ba-ba vocals. ‘Chevy Baby’ on the flip is excellent powerpop. Though, based in London the band were lead by Canadian vocalist Jeremy Gluck. The group also included drummer Nick Turner, who left in 1981, shortly after the release of their debut LP, ‘Drop Out With The Barracudas’, to join Stiv Bators (DEAD BOYS), Brian James (DAMNED) and Dave 'Kermit' Treganna (SHAM 69) in LORDS OF THE NEW CHURCH. There is a soft ringwear on the back sleeve otherwise the condition is:

All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
