Description
BARRE PHILLIPS
Title : Unaccompanied Barre Label : Music Man Cat No : SMLS 601
Matrix : PPLP-101A-1L / B-1L
This is the rare UK 1st Press of ‘Unaccompanied Barre' by Barre Phillips. The earliest press is complete with the earliest PPLP-101A-1L / B-1L matrix, the white and black Music Man label and the laminated flapjack West Central Printing Co sleeve.
The record is in Excellent condition. The vinyl has a sensational bright gloss, with very little sign of play at all. There are just a few insignificant very light hairlines marks. On playing the sound is warm, rich and clear. The label is completely clean with bright white and sharp text. There is NO spindle wear, just a couple of spider marks.
The flapjack laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. The laminate has a superb shine and the white is still exceptionally bright. There is just slight edge wear and a small number on the back corner. The spine is firm with sharp text and the whole sleeve is solid. 625 (GS 6.9.7 (625))
