Description
Bauhaus - Bela Lugosi's Dead EP 1979 Small Wonder Records
VINYL: SOUNDS EXC+ light crackling sparse, no skips - could be NM- ? looks EXC+ too.
COVER: EXC+ to NM- light bend at lower left corner, spine perfect. If it weren't for the bend I'd rate it NM-. Please see all pics.
I believe in honesty & transparency and post as many pictures as possible (without repeating).
I try to grade a bit low or as spot on as I can, if it's obvious. Please see all pics.
Please see all pics & feel free to contact me with any questions - I answer promptly.
FROM SMOKE FREE HOME.
GRADING IS BASED ON SOUND (MY EARS!) & 2 PAIR OF EYES, MINE & A ROOMMATE.
WE DON'T CLAIM TO BE EXPERTS, BUT I DO BELIEVE IN HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY IN LISTING.
I WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT I HEAR & WHAT WE SEE.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE LP AS DESCRIBED, I WILL ACCEPT RETURNS - BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT ME FIRST. THANKS!
This is one of over 300 albums I have been charged to transfer from LP to digital and then sell. So I have to LISTEN TO EACH AND EVERY RECORD ALL THE WAY THROUGH. Doing that gives me the ability to list very accurately, especially with regard to sound. I am doing this for a friend who is absolutely a "neat freak" - these have been with her for MANY years - she just wants the recordings to listen to on iPod and sell 'em! So I am NOT a store or business. I am really trying to list the LP's in the best condition first. If an LP is scratched or distorted in sound or the cover is mildewed etc, I will absolutely say so and show it in pictures. Some will never make it on eBay, and I know it! I BUY on eBay as well as sell, so I'm sensitive (hopefully) to a buyers sensibilities.
Vinyl grading is usually based on the Goldmine standard and is as follows:
“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.
“M” Mint - a near perfect, or unplayed record.
“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.
EX+ - close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.
EX - a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.
VG+ - There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise, still plays great.
Good - In the record world, "Good" is not good! From here on down, we're talking about beat-up records!
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, I check listings every day and respond promptly.
Shipped within 2 days of payment. If you pay timely I will ship timely! Thanks.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL WITHIN 3 DAYS PLEASE.
** SHIPPING: via USPS MEDIA MAIL: domestic USA ONLY - $4.00 which includes the cost of the mailing box - 1 or 2 albums to a box same cost, each additional $1.00
** FYI: shipping usually ranges from $2.79 - $3.18 for media mail when postage is paid online (which includes but is a separate charge a TRACKING NUMBER for both our security.) The boxes I ship in cost me $1.00 a piece - so you know what I actually spend to get your album to you safely & quickly .... and trackable. I either save a few cents or lose a few - depends on where I send it. Thanks so much!
Whenever possible I will combine LP's for shipping and try to save you money but keep the LP's safe. I do NOT even try to make money on shipping, it's just WRONG.
I am a very particular person who takes pride in a 100% eBay rating.
