This record is in very good condition. It has some faint spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks, stains or scuffs anywhere. The centres show mild wear but are not worn or loose. There is also some light fading around the edge but overall the labels are still in good shape with no really major issues.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything deep or serious but there is light surface lines, sleeve marks/scuffs and 'manufacturing scuffs/lines' showing in normal light. These are all light and minor but do show and the vinyl looks a little used when angled. All these lines are light as I say with many being 'manufacturing marks' as often found on US pressing. Overall it is used but has nothing deep or nasty and is still in good playable condition.
I play tested the record and it played well and was still a great listen. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is only a very minor 'wobble' in the record arm. This is slight and has no affect at all on the sound produced which is a solid grade of excellent throughout each side. There are no skips or sticks and no major interference or tics. I did note some faint surface noise in the run in or vocal intro to side 1 and the odd and occasional light splutter in places but nothing at all severe. Overall it played nicely and would grade higher audibly than the VG visual grade.
The sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has some wear to the edges and corners but there are no splits or weak areas anywhere and overall it is strong and in good shape. The writing along the spine is all legible and for a fragile 'old style' sleeve is has held up well. It has no tears, scuffs or pen marks but does have the import snipped bottom left corner. There is also some light creasing in places and some grubbiness. This is not extreme and for a white sleeve it could be far worse but there is some grubbiness to the rear and a grubby ring mark outline to the front. Overall a solid sleeve with general age related wear and grubbiness but no serious problems. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains a brand new plain white replacement inner as the original was missing. This must be slightly larger than the original as it seems to poke out the edge by around 5mm.
