Description
Hello: for auction are a pair of vinyl LP's from my personal collection. I am not a record retailer. I just love vinyl and have since the early 60's. I must now pare down my collection before my bookshelves collapse from the weight. I will be selling in pairs to minimize shipping costs for bidders.
Unless otherwise noted, all these albums are graded visually according to these standards:
MINT: a sealed, never played record
NM+ : a record in perfect condition with no marks at all.
NM: maybe a slight paper scuff but otherwise perfect shape.
VG+ : like NM but possibly a tiny hairline mark here and there.
VG: one or two light marks that shouldn't affect play.
G: might show a light scratch. I usually test play to judge.
I do NOT sell any vinyl below G grade. I also grade the vinyl and the jacket seperately. I often see worn jackets with perfect albums inside (and vise-versa).
For auction:
LP 1: B.B. King "Singin' The Blues" released in 1956 on Crown Records CLP 5020. This is a US pressing in MONO.
Condition: Both sides show very little wear for such an old record. There are spindle marks to indicate this was played before. There are small blobs of dirt (I think) scattered over both sides. Needs serious cleaning. One area of the outer edge appears rough but there's no cracks in the record itself. Jacket in rough shape with seam splits top and bottom (taped by previous owner). The usual shelving scuffs.
LP 2: does not apply to this auction.
Condition
I ship Monday to Thursday only, depending on availability of a vehicle. Payment by CONFIRMED Paypal address will ship this item to you within 1 or 2 days. Winning bidder MUST wait for an invoice before paying, since the eBay shipping calculator is not totally accurate. Thanks for looking.
