This is rare B.B.C. Rock Hour from 1982, in near mint condition. It is all “live” by Todd Rundgren. Produced by London Wavelength. This comes with the original Queing/timing sheet. Here’s a bunch of samples from the lp. Download here. The promo record guide from 1998 lists the value as $200, and that’s ten years ago!
