Description

Up for auction is a copy of Surfin’ b/w Luau by The Beach Boys, released in 1961 on X Records, cat no X 301. The band’s first ever 45, and arguably the most desirable pressing. Its historical importance goes off the scale.

Condition: some surface marking and scratching, but nothing too deep or feelable. It plays through very well with low level surface noise but no jumps or sticks. The a-side label has staining from sticker removal but otherwise the labels have no writing, tears or other damage. A nice example, close to VG.
