Up for grabs is a really amazing special advance copy of a classic late 80's rap lp by the BEASTIE BOYS entitled PAUL'S BOUTIQUE. This particular copy was sent to a staff writer at the time of it's release at a magazine for hip teens called SASSY MAGAZINE! It was sent in a green PROFILE RECORDS paper mailer with two cardboard stiffner pieces protecting just the inner sleeve with the vinyl inside the sleeve! This copy did not come with the tri-gatefold jacket, but it is an original 1st pressing of the vinyl (BEASTIE BOYS RECORDS/CAPITOL RECORDS C1-91743, 1989).
The green paper PROFILE RECORDS mailer is definitely not in the best shape -- I'd say it's in FAIR condition -- holding together considering; torn in places, creased, some marker writing on front of it, creased and has mailing label with SASSY MAGAZINE staffer's name and address of the magazine!
Original inner sleeve has a small hole punch on lower right corner of the sleeve, creasing and some seam splitting -- holding up ok.
Vinyl is VG to VG+ shape; some faint/minor scuffs -- pretty clean/shiny copy overall!
A must for any BEASTIE BOYS fanatic out there!
