Description

Beasts of Bourbon's single, "Let's Get Funky", on vinyl double 7", released by Red Eye Records (RED 21). 1990. Made in Australia.


The Beasts of Bourbon grew from simply being a side project to being a true super group on the Australian pub rock scene. Forming in Sydney in 1983, the original Beasts lineup comprised Tex Perkins (vocals, later of the Cruel Sea), Spencer Jones (guitar, also with the Johnnys), James Baker (drums, and a Hoodoo Guru), and a pair of Scientists in guitarist Kim Salmon and bassist Boris Sudjovic.


Vinyl Grade: both disks: VG+; some light surface marks can be perceived under strong light, no deep scratches, no warps, no stickers on the labels

Jacket Grade: VG; a bit of wear to edges and corners, no tears, no splits, no stickers or writing, no creases
