SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. FOR THIS LISTING -- $3.75.  Orders up to 16 ounces (about six 45's  ship by First Class Mail: over 16 ounces ship by Media Mail. If you prefer faster delivery I can ship up to 25 records by Priority Mail for $8.50.

SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES FOR THIS LISTING -- $18.00.

I don't make a profit on shipping. My shipping charges cover the cost of postage and packaging materials. Ebay also charges sellers a percentage of the shipping paid by the buyer. Customers are a part of my business, not outsiders.  They have choices of who they do business with.  I am not doing them a favor by waiting on them.  They are doing me a favor by choosing me.  I am very lucky that they are giving me a chance.  It is my job to make them happy that they did choose me.

Customers are not just money in the register.  They are human beings with thoughts and feelings just as I am.  I will treat them in the same manner that I wish to be treated.

Customers deserve the most courteous and detailed attention that I can give to them.  They are the life blood of any business.  Without customers there is no business.

Whether a customer returns to me is determined by the quality of both the product and service that I provide to them.  If they are happy with me, they may come back.  If they are unhappy with me, they most certainly will not return.

It may take days, weeks, months or even years to find a loyal customer.  It takes only seconds to lose one.

Honesty and integrity will determine the strength of any business.  Anything less is self defeating.

The day that I forget any of this becomes the day that I have no business.
