Description
After 20 years of collecting, the time has come for me to sell my Beatles collection and let other collectors appreciate some of the records and memorabilia I've accumilated over the years. Please check out my other listings and remember to save me as a favourite seller, as every week I'll be listing more and more increasingly rare, collectible and desirable Beatles records!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for an original pressing of the 1963 Beatles LP 'With the Beatles'. This copy not only features the darker 'Eye Liner' cover, but also features the early -1/-1 matrix endings and incorrect Jobete credit for the track 'Money'. The label carries the GOTTA spelling error but the sleeve has been corrected.
The record also carries the MT tax code!

The cover is showing your usual wear and tear but, as a whole, it's looking okay. The front cover has yellowed a little along the top bar and there's some little laminate creases around the edge. There's also a little, light disc impression and slight rounding of the corners. Top seam is looking tight with no wear or splitting. Bottom seam has a little wear in the middle but the seam hasn't split. The spine has a few little laminate creases running through it but has not worn or split and is fully legible. The back has yellowed quite noticeable and has a few little areas of light browning and staining. The number 175 has been written in pen at the top right. The overflaps have some little laminate creases running through them but are stuck tight. The middle of the bottom overflap has a little rip in it as you can see in the photos. The playing surface has lost a little of its original shine but, for the most part, the vinyl has some light scuffs. There are some slightly heavier marks and some surface scratches that bring the grade down. On side 1 there's a heavy scuff - some going through tracks 1 and into 2, and the other just above it going through tracks2, 3 and 4. They're only just feelable under the fingernail. There's also a very light little surface scuff on side 2 that goes thriugh 5, 6 and 7 but this is unfeelable under the fingernail. If I should hazard a guess I'd say that this would probably play with some light crackle, with the aforementioned marks causing light but noticeable clicks - but since I don't have a record player I cannot confirm this.

The labels are clean but do look slightly tired. the silver text is looking a little less bright than I usually see, but there's no marks, stains, sticker marks etc. There's a lot of light, faint spindlemarks and some whitening around the centrehole.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve. Extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable and FRAGILE tape used
