This auction is for an original 1964 Mono 1st pressing of the Beatles' US LP 'The Beatles Second Album' on the Black Capitol w/ Rainbow Perimeter label. This is the 1st pressing that omits the track times for songs 1 and 2 on the side 2 label.
Inside the LP cover I found a piece of paper where a previous owner has written out each track along with their own personal opinion of it (yes, no or OK). I'll include it for prosterity. =)

The cover is looking okay but is unfortunately blighted by a seam split that runs the entireity of the bottom seam. The front cover is looking really nice with just a few spots of light rubbing and discolouration. Top seam is holding tight and the spine is pretty much untouched albeit faded slightly in places. Like I say though, the bottom seam has completely gone. The back cover is pretty pale but with a little discolouration in places and some light wear and rubbing.
The disc has some light scuffs - a little moreso on side 1. There's a heavier looking scuff on the side 1 playing surface that runs from the label to the edge, but I can't feel it under the finger so I'm guessing is purely cosmetic.

Both labels are clean, crisp and clear and have some light spindlewear along with a tiny bit of whitening around each centrehole

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve. Extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable and FRAGILE tape used
