Description
This is a great genuine 2nd state "the beatles yesterday and today" butcher cover which was released on the Capitol label on June 15th 1966, catalogue number ST 2553, this is the mega rare stereo version, the cover is in very good condition, it has a stain in the bottom left of the cover, the back cover shows very little ring wear, the seams are over 90% intact, which is a rarity by itself !
A 2nd state is where there has been a trunk cover pasted over the original butcher cover.
The vinyl is also present but it is the cover which will interest most, this can be peeled or left as it is, I would personally leave it as a 2nd state as these are becoming more scarcer, this particular one was pressed in factory number 5.
