Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

Original UK Mono Press in Phenomenal EX+/NM- Condition!!
This listing is for an original copy of the Beatles legendary LP 'Revolver' on the yellow / black Parlophone label. This copy features the 'Sold in UK' statement and 'Gramophone' rimtext.
Revolver is regarded by many to be one of (if not the) greatest albums of all time. When it was released it was met with huge critical acclaim and sold in massive numbers. These original copies were bought by fans, given as christmas presents etc and the vast, vast majority were played into the ground as fans listened to their copy over and over. Because of this, today, the copies that usually turn up are worn and well played.
However, for some reason, this particular copy escaped all that. I can only assume that the person who originally owned this copy either didn't like the album and only listened to it a handful of times, or ran a copy onto a different media before storing it safely away. I say this because the condition of this copy is truly phenomenal and is probably the best original copy of Revolver I've ever seen!
Original mono copies of Revolver almost never turn up for sale in this beautiful condition! You'll be very hard pressed to find another in this condition or better!

Day Side 1 Matrix Number XEX 605-2 Side 2 Matrix Number XEX 606-3 Side 1 Stampers 4 / RHT Side 2 Stampers 3 / RGR Sleeve Condition The sleeve is in EX++ condition. The sleeve is looking phenomenal for its age and really doesn't look like it's over 50 years old! The front is wonderfully clear with a shiny, clean laminate which just has a few light creases around the edges as you can see in the photos below. The top and bottom seams, along with the spine, are intact and holding perfectly. The mouth opening is still very sharp and hasn't worn and softened. The back is clean and intact and has just the very lightest hint of disc impression on the mouth edge, but apart from that the back is fully black and very clean. There are also three very tiny, faint little smudges on John's arm right next to the mouth edge - these are barely visible. Beautiful example! Inner Sleeve Condition The inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. This is the original Emitex inner sleeve with tissue lining and is holding fine with some light creasing and light wear and tear as you can see in the photos below. Inserts Condition - Disc Condition(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in EX+/NM- condition. The playing surface is beautiful and clean with a sharp, clean shine to it. All I can see are some very light, barely visible little scuffs here and there. Phenomenal condition!! Label Condition The labels are in NM condition. The labels are looking near flawless with just a few very light, spidery little spindlemarks and a hint of whitening around the centrehole.
All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

My Regarding Vinyl Grading:
MINT No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM) For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there. EXCELLENT (EX) For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there. VERY GOOD (VG) For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches. GOOD (G) For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle. FAIR (F) For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc POOR (P) For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.
