-No ring wear on front -Slight ring wear on back -No writing -No stickers -No tears -One small spot on back from prior price tag removal (barely noticeable) -Seams are intact and tight -Spine is intact and tight -Slight age discoloration on back (minimal) -Conservatively graded a solid VG+.
