The Beatles - ‘Strawberry Fields Forever / Penny Lane’. R 5570.

The Beatles 1967 UK 1st pressing of the ’Strawberry Fields Forever / Penny Lane' 7” single. Released on the 17th February 1967, and offered here complete with the rare limited edition picture sleeve. Only only 250,000 of these singles were issued in picture sleeves with the rest having standard Parlophone sleeves.

Released on the Parlophone label with rarer solid centre both sides feature the ’Sold in UK….’ text and have ‘The Gramophone Co. Ltd’ rim print.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. 7XCE 18415-1 1 TA KT

Side 2. 7XCE 18416-2 5 TM KT

The vinyl is in VERY GOOD condition.

Both labels are in VERY GOOD+ condition.

The sleeve is in FAIR condition.
