Great offerings of two classic vinyl LP's from THE BEATLES in 1971 & 1965. One of the albums is part of an estate sale find, where the owner may have had some connection to the radio music industry. The vinyls have been play-tested. The album covers are generally worn and may have taped edges and seam splits, but the vinyls are in great shape. A great way to obtain great Beatles vinyls for the music's enjoyment with the original albums.
"THE BEATLES YESTERDAY AND TODAY" has a EX vinyl that plays very well with minimal noise, and has the original inner sleeve. It is the Capital Stereo re-release of their 1966 album, ST-2553, green label. This album was given to a radio station by Capital in 1971, with a punch-hole, for on-air playing. The cover edges are taped from that time period, with some notes written on the backside song list for the DJ's. The album cover is worn, with the station's name blacked out on front. It is date stamped JUN 10 71. There is a tear on the right edge that someone did to check if it was a coverup of the Butcher cover - it is not. Matrix numbers are: ST-1-2553-X7" and ST-2-2553-X7".
"RUBBER SOUL" is the Mono release from Capital Records, T-2442, with an NM vinyl. It is our personal copy, not estate sale. The cover is EX in very good condition. This is a great album. The dead wax matrix numbers are: T-1-2443-G10 and T-2-2442-F-13. The center labels are black with a colored outer ring.
Two classic albums from The Fab Four. Both are filled with their great songs.
