Description
The Beatles, rare 33rpm Single from Brazil!! 1964 original issue. EMI Odeon Yellow labels. Goldmine vinyl condition is EX. Mostly shiny for 55 year old vinyl, and labels are clean, no writing! Rare for 1964! Vinyl is mostly shiny with minor scuffs but no scratches. I play tested it and both sides play loud and with minimal noise. The Picture Sleeve is VG+, but quite nice, a bit more wear and handling than the vinyl. Mostly unique to Brazil and Chile in the 60s is the plastic “inside/outside” baggie to permanently protect the Picture Sleeve. It does not pull off, it would have to be cut off for removal. Sleeve retains more value with it still intact!! Name written on back side upper left, but it is hard to see. This Brazil single (one song per side) contains a rare pairing from early summer 1964: LONG TALLY SALLY and I CALL YOUR NAME. Two songs that were half of the UK bestseller EP, along with Slow Down and Matchbox, Spring ‘64!! Neither of these 2 were released on singles in USA! Also, beware, this is a 33rpm single, not 45!! These 2 songs did come from Capitol 1964 LP “The Beatles’ Second Album“!! Remember, this is a 33 rpm Single. This is the worlds only such 33 Single (of these 2 songs)!! Of course It’s very hard to find!! Usually on eBay only once a year! But both are Mono of course.
