CONDITION OF SLEEVE IS VG+ WITH NO TEARS OR SPLITS ~ JUST A LITTLE RING & EDGE WEAR. RECORD IS VG++ NICE AND SHINY WITH ALMOST NO SURFACE SCUFFS ~ NO OTHER MARKINGS, CHIPS, OR SCRATCHES.
