A highly collectable and superb condition Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) "ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING" Beatles classic.

Originally released in 1969, this is the 1980 "ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING" US release (with Japanese pressed vinyl) on the Capitol record label, MFSL 1-023, with half-speed production and mastering by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL). The condition of the vinyl is near mint (NM), gleaming with a beautiful jet black sheen and obviously little played. Even with close inspection under a bright light I can identify no marks at all. The labels are near perfect (EX+) with just a few very small and extremely faint spindle trails on the side 1 label - the side 2 label is pristine. The thick cardboard outer sleeve is in excellent plus (EX+) condition with firm edges & just a few light surface crinkles & tiny surface scuff marks on each edge - barely noticeable, a few light "nicks" on the opening edge, & near perfectly defined right angle corners with just a little compression on the opening edge corners (negligible). There is a small circular orange sticker located at the top left corner on the front side of the outer sleeve - not sure what this signifies, if anything, but it is removable with care. The STEREO sound quality is stunning (EX+), as you would expect : fabulous tone with perfect vocal & instrumental sound clarity throughout. An absolute joy! Comes complete with original near perfect condition anti-static inner sleeve and the original "LIMITED EDITIONS FROM THE ORIGINAL MASTERS" 4 page insert, in virtually "as new" condition. Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the sleeve itself to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
