Description
Original 1967 Capitol Records 5964 "All You Need Is Love" b/w "Baby You're A Rich Man" 45 rpm single with the original rare WEST COAST (tab top) picture sleeve. Finding this sleeve in an acceptable collectible shape is very difficult. This sale is really for the sleeve, but I will include an extra copy of the vinyl that I have in order to make the set complete.
I accurately grade my records using a bright light so that the buyer knows exactly what they are receiving before they bid.
This auction is really for the picture sleeve, but I am including a copy of the single just to make it a complete set. This copy is visually graded at G+ (record) and VG+ (sleeve) using the Cox/Daniels "Price Guide For The Beatles American Records" grading standards (6th edition). See my photos. Spizer version CAP 5964.01(i)A (record) and 5964.PS1B (sleeve). Great addition to any Beatles collection. This is the version of the single which lacks the comma after "Baby" in "Baby You're A Rich Man".
The west coast "tab cut" sleeve has no writing, no tears, no seam splits, etc. There are some corner creases and some minor ring wear.
Original orange/yellow swirl Capitol label with NO "Subsidiary of Capitol Industries.. " text. Pressed at the Scranton, PA Capitol plant. There is wear to the vinyl and the label.
