BEATLES BUTCHER COVER 3RD STATE PEELED #3 W/TRUNK SLICK

Beatles 1966 Genuine Peeled #3 Butcher Cover

Please Read The Full Auction Text  Before Bidding

This is a 10 DAY auction for an authentic #3 PA 3rd State (Peeled ) Butcher  Cover with the removed trunk slick. I won't bore you with all the blowhard long winded hype and puffing that you see every week on Butcher Covers  but if you're looking for a Butcher Cover that hasn't been "Butchered" for under $590 on Buy It Now or possibly under $490 on reserve, take a chance on this Butcher Cover and give it a good home.

As you can see, the Butcher Slick presents nicely without large rips or other major issues. Nice vibrant reds and fleshtones on this one. There are only a few minor issues that you often see such as two tiny price tag hole marks through the jacket near the Capitol logo, side crease marks and some glue residue or possible minor touch up. Again, nothing earth shattering but please examine the photos as these things tend to be subjective. I've seen Butchers up for sale recently that don't present as well as this in the $650 to $800 range. I'm not trying for a big profit here but just trying to get  most of my money out of this one. This is a nice Butcher Cover but definitely NOT a Near Mint  and probably NOT a  VG+ piece either , so please bid accordingly, as this one might not be for the picky buyer. That being said, if this were nicely framed, it would make a great display piece that would present nearly as nicely as some Butcher Covers that cost twice the price.

The mono record that came with this is beat (as most tend to be) and I grade it in poor condition. Sorry, There is NO  Capitol INNER SLEEVE included with this one.

Top and bottom seams  are intact and pretty solid without any major problems. The spine has the album and band title intact but shows a crack about halway down the spine. It appears that this crack has been neatly glued to prevent any future speading. Also, there is a discoloration on the spine that looks like scotch tape was removed at one point..The back has some tanning, discoloration and spotting .The removed trunk slick has some wear and tear but is fairly inact.

This Butcher Cover is authentic but  please remember that this is a used  45 year old jacket and record being sold in "as is" condition. Still, it's a real 1966 Butcher Cover and at least equal to most of the peels that you see that sell in the $650 - $800 range.

This is a guaranteed original 1966 Capitol 3rd state Butcher cover and NOT a reproduction, bootleg or counterfeit. Your Butcher Cover will be professionally packed in a Japanese style protective sleeve.

Buyer pays $4.00 for media rate shipping . Payment is to made within 3 days of auction end. I will ship this internationally but buyer must pay for international express. International buyers are responsible for all duty taxes which can be expensive. Backdrop in photos is a T-Shirt and used for display purposes and is NOT INCLUDED in the auction. Happy Bidding !

PS: I recently received  what I believe to be malicious feedback from a buyer who refused to communicate with me. The buyer of that  album only once emailed about an inner sleeve and record (which  weren't included in the auction text or pictures) after the auction ended and Never Complained  about condition prior to posting a negative. I tried reaching out to this buyer and they ignored me completely. I don't wish to go through this again so if  you are inclined to not communicate and post malicious feedback, please don't bid on this item ! Please examine my entire feedback history  and you will see that I don't misrepresent items.
