PAYMENT

We accept Paypal and major credit cards.

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

SHIPPING

All shipping and packaging charges are determined by the shipped weight of the item.  Your item will arrive in professional, high quality packaging materials.  Our shipping and handling fees cover these costs. To calculate the shipping cost, scroll to the bottom of this listing and type in your zip code in the shipping calculator. 

Local Pickup: All of our items can be picked up.  We charge $5 for a local pickup and Virginia State Sales Tax.  Some items are listed for local pickup only.  Local Pickup Customers are required to pay within 3 business days and pickup their item within 7 days.  We will extend this period if needed, but we must receive the request through the eBay message system.  We will then decide if we will extend the pickup period.  After 7 days the item will be relisted and we will not issue a refund. 

Shipping Insurance is automatically included when an item ships UPS.

If you have an Unconfirmed Address, you must email us with the address you want the items shipped to. Otherwise, the package will be shipped to the address you have registered with Paypal.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: The shipping calculator will include your country if we can ship there. If it does not- we do not ship this item to your country. We only ship Global Express Mail (with the exception of Canada) with tracking and insurance. PLEASE NOTE: There typically iarecustoms duties that you will have to pay to collect items. 

CANADIAN BUYERS: There typically is customs duties/ and brokerage fees that you will have to pay to collect items, when shipped UPS and USPS

RETURNS

All items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is grossly misrepresented. All pictures and copy are created immediately prior to listing the item.  All transactions are CLOSED 72 hours upon delivery of the package or 10 days from shipment, whichever occurs first.  It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to notify us via email of any problems.  The Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  When a transaction is CLOSED, no refunds will be issued.
