Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for an exceptionally rare and impossible to find original EXPORT pressing of the Beatles LP 'The Beatles' Second Album' on the silver / black 2-EMI box UK Parlophone label!
This LP was originally released in America on the Capitol label but was also pressed in tiny, tiny quantites by Parlophone in the UK specifically to export to various European countries. The C prefix to the PCS catalogue number is indiciative of this album originally being a Capitol release.
This particular pressing dates from the early '70s and has the 2-EMI box silver / black Parlophone labels. The sleeve features the very seldom seen 2-flip back sleeve design which EMI only adopted for a very short time before finally losing the top and bottom overflaps altogether.
Sadly, the disc is in a pretty poor shape, but is being offered due to how rare this record is! The 1/A 1/A stampers indicate just how few copies of the LP were ever pressed! This LP was originally released in 1965 and, after 7 or so years, the LP still featured such low stamper codes! 1/A 1/A suggests that only a few hundred copies of this LP were ever manufactured before this one!
Would make a perfect collection filler!!

The cover is looking good with general, light wear and tear. The front is very clean and colourful with a shiny, thick laminate to it. There's a fair amount of creasing in the laminate and there's a big, blue sticker on the front next to the mouth edge. Top seam is holding fine. Bottom seam has a small 2" or so split in the middle. Back cover is looking okay with just a little, light browning and light stains as you can see in the photo above. The overflaps have creases in them but are holding tight. Overall, not looking bad at all with your general wear and tear. Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : POOR
Let's not beat about the bush here. The disc is in a poor condition and is covered in marks, scratches, scuffs and what appears to be small paint splatters and smudges. I wouldn't attempt to play this one and should purely be seen as a collection filler. Like I said before, this disc is being offered due to how incredibly rare and difficult they are to find.

The labels have a lot of wear and marking on them, moreso on the side 1 label. The photos above tell the best story.
