Genuine 'The Official Beatles Fan Club of Great Britain - sixth Christmas record 1968' 33 1/3 rpm speed.

This is a double sided 'flimsy' 7 inch record - never played by myself, but has been in my possession for years and years! Looking at the record itself I can see no scratches. This is an original record in its original sleeve. Both the sleeve and the record itself are in very good condition - not bad for (dare I say) almost 40 years old (39 and a bit to be precise!!!). The sleeve of the record is made from card with a red, white and blue design of an angel on it and the front says 'Christmas 1968'. The back of the record sleeve also has a red, white and blue design on it and it also states - recorded in November 1968 at the lush london homes of beatle John and beatle Paul and in the back of beatle Ringo's diesel powered removal van somewhere in surrey. The voice of beatle George is heard because yours faithfully, the GPO, did something right and joined up 6,000 miles of telephone links at an appropriate moment. Additional material was recorded earlier in the elegant Esher home of beatle George during rehearsal sessions for the beatles LP album set.
