DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Apart from the 'DEMONSTRATION' in blue pen inside on the top flipback, the Sleeve is absolutely Superb...barely a sign of use..laminate nice and tight..edges and corners tight..spine lettering lovely and clear: (Would be EX+, but with the writing: EX)
VINYL - SIDE ONE: several light marks on the surface, but apart from the record sticking at the end of 'I'm A Loser', plays absolutely Superbly...barely any surface noise anywhere (I haven't tried to get rid of the 'stick', as I know different collectors have different means of doing so): VISUAL: VG / AUDIO (I'm A Loser: G) / AUDIO (All other Tracks: EX+)
VINYL - SIDE TWO: just a few light marks..again, plays absolutely beautifully..barely any surface noise anyway...SUPERB Audio Quality!: VISUAL: VG+ / AUDIO EX+
LABELS: As noted, 'DEM COPY' in faint blue pen on both sides..faint spidering, otherwise Superb: VG+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
