BEATLES FOR SALE ALBUM NORWAY PRESSING VRARE
The LP is superrare MONO variant. Pressed in very limited quantities. The cover is the UK export Garrod&Lofthouse cover as it was sold in Norway. None of the original Beatles album covers were printed in Norway. Pressed from UK metalwork with 1st pressing. 1964 MONO PMC 1240 . Has XEX 503 - 4N and XEX 504 - 3N matrices. This is the original thicker, heavier chunky slab of vinyl only found like this on the earliest original Norway pressings. Later press are much more flimsier and less robust. It plays with a lovely deep bassey feel only found like this on early pressings. Ladies and gentlemen: these LPs were NOT pressed in thousands – we are talking hundreds. The vinyl and cover have obvious wear. Have been heavily played. Condition G or maybe even fair/poor(vinyl) - but it plays through on playtest. Labels are clean as you can see from pictures/VG-.
