Parlophone Cat No : PMC 1240
Matrix : XEX 503 - 4N / 504 - 4N
This is a genuine 1st Press on the Yellow & Black Parlophone label, 'Sold in the UK' text, 'Parlophone Co Ltd' rim text and 'Recording First Published' label text. It comes with the original gatefold laminated flipback 'mono' sleeve.
The record is in excellent condition. The vinyl has no visible marks on either side. On playing the sound is rich and clear. There is barely any background noise and is still vibrant. Record playes excellently. There is however lots of spindle wear on the yellow & black label, which is the only thing that really spoils an otherwise lovely copy. The record is complete with EMI polylined inner, which has been cropped at the top edge.
The laminated flipback sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some corner wear, please see pictures. The box style spine has creases and dings on the corners but is intact.
