Dark Horse 1979 original 45 with extremely rare picture sleeve.
This sleeve was printed and immediately recalled before being distributed.
Probably no more than 25 copies exist today.
Top left corner of sleeve creased and two 1/2" tears at top edge.
Condition Disc VG+, Picture Sleeve VG+
