You are bidding on the extremly rare danish Beatles release, Hottest Hits (PMCS 306). This compilation was only available in Denmark in 1965 for a very short time. It was not sanctioned by the Beatles, so it was withdrawn from the danish market almost immediatly upon release. Only a very limited amount of these ever got sold, it is one of the rarest Beatles releases, in any condition.
This is an original, genuine copy. Not a bootleg nor a repressing. See the pictures and bid with confidence.
Vinyl is in VG+ condition on both sides, plays very well, only with the occasional cackle, it has alot of small scuffings, but they do not affect play, there is also a few scratches, again they mostly don't affect play. No skips, no looping.
Matrix numbers are: XSTX 115 1 & XSTX 116 1
Sleeve is in VG condition, corners are dinged, spine has a split in one place, some of the gloss on the cover has started to peel, but nothing really major, writing on the back of the cover and someone has tried (unsuccesfully) to remove it. Some tape near the opening on the front cover (not sure why).
Vinyl has been cleaned on a VPI machine, and put in a new polylined inner sleeve. Original sleeve is also included in this auction. Grading is based on british Record Collector guidelines (NM, EX, VG+, VG, VG-, G, P).
