This is possibly the best copy of this album that I have had in years!..It plays perfectly and the sleeve and Emitex inner bag are in TOP condition..(The disc is now in a plain white poly lined sleeve to protect the Emitex inner!).

Issued on Parlophone in September 1965..PMC 1255...Housed in a front laminated Garrod and Lofthouse sleeve (Patents Pending).

It has "Gramophone" text to the label rim and "Sold In The UK"..It is a first pressing..

The matrix numbers are:YEX 549 2 and YEX 550 2..The mothers and stampers are:4 TD and 5PG..

The disc plays EX++..It really does play great..There are no clicks or pops and the sound quality is clean and undistorted,it just bursts out of the speakers!!...

The visual grade is EX minus..Light paper scuffs and a couple of light hairlines is all....There are no nasty scratches or scuffs and the disc still has a great sheen..

The disc plays flat on the turntable with no edge warps..

The B side label has some initials in pencil to the yellow of the Parlophone logo at the top..Otherwise,the labels are clean with clearly legible and untarnished text..There is,however, visible spindle wear..It's not really heavy, but it is obvious that this has had regular play..

The sleeve grades as EX +++ (if not better!)..This sleeve is normally found with bad dischape and highly visible age yellowing to the white..Not so in this case!..In fact,I am struggling to find any defects!..Being VERY critical,it has some very light laminate creases and just a hint of discshape to the front (NO discshape on the back!)..The front opening edge corners have very slight wear..The back bottom opening edge corner has slightly more visible wear (I have done an extra picture of this)...That's it!..There are NO other defects or damage..

There are no rips, tears, stains, scribble, sellotape or tapemarks, all the text on the spine is legible, there is no edge rubbing, the flipbacks are super clean and undamaged and there is absolute minimal age fading to the white..

It really is clean!..

The Emitex inner bag is also super clean with no creases or seam splits and minimal age yellowing....

UK buyers are welcome to collect this in person or collect it from The Southend Record Fair (11th November,9th December)..Where there are LOADS of great albums and singles offered for sale...Venue for this fair is West Leigh Schools on the A13..SS9 2JB..
