This CLEAN M- 45 is an actual 1st pressing with the "Walter Hofer" publishing credit for I Saw Her Standing There. This credit was quickly changed (twice!) for later pressings. The CLEAN VG+ picture sleeve presents well without writing, splits or tears. It's graded VG+ due to a couple of pinholes & slight ring wear (see photos). If you're not quite ready to spend $100 or more for perfection, this example of the 45 & sleeve will hold that spot nicely.
