CONDITION : Laminated (Front) Cover (with Flipbacks) is EX- with few ultra light creases close to the edges + a bit yellowing on Front & Back sleeve +  a very small tear under the top Flipback (See PICTURES)

Record has several but very Light scuffs (No deep !) it still plays EX- to EX

Label has a tiny name handwritten on each Side, so EX-
