Description
Hello ladies and gentleman
What we have for sale is one rare first pressings Version 2 of Introducing The Beatles Mono first edition, with Please,Please Me and Ask Me Why. Yes I said First Pressing. And Yes this is a authentic pressing not a bootleg. This has all the details of an original pressing. First things first, as the pictures show, YES the Beatles is above the spindle hole, second it has the words Long Playing & Microgroove and the Beatles above the spindle hole. 3rd it has the color green in the rainbow with proper graduation of the colors. 4th it has all the proper trail off stampings present. Side one reads Hand etched 63-3402-1 Hand etched URJ Hand etched 2-6-64 Machine Stamped AudioMatrix and the letter A 1 hand etched . Side 2 reads Hand Etched 63-3403-1 Audi Matrix machine stampings also and the Hand Etched letter A1. Lable is Vee Jay Brackets & is in Ultra rare condition. It has lost none of the colors of the rainbow and the black is all black and the song titles are perfect silver with no wear. As the pictures show these labels are in Mint condition. This is the Southern Plastics pressing. It get's better. This Jacket came in a Sears plastic baggy It has kept the jacket in NM+ condition for over 45 years. I will stress that this is an Original across the board down to the folded cardboard jacket with the proper 1/4 flaps top and bottom and the original inner sleeve, to the proper lable and trail of markings. This is one of the best I have come across no doubt. No detail was left unchecked. Lets talk condition. The corners are great with no bumps accept for one small push bottom right front and the Spine still reads beautiful no foxing. Top spine is all there with no foxing & no splits . Bottom spine looks great no splits or foxing present still looks factory fresh. The mouth has one small push 1/2 way down from top, very small. No color loss on front or back looks factory fresh. The back looks great nice and white with very light tanning hear and there, No color loss in the black of the bars or song print, a beautiful presenting cover NM+ condition. The vinyle is in NM condition, very light sleeve rash and 2 ultra light scratches on side 1 brilliant shine & side 2 has ultra light sleeve rash no scratches brilliant shine. As close to a perfect example as your going to find. There are better out there but you will pay a small fortune for them. I have never come across another Mono first press since in this condition, at least one that is affordable. These records were only pressed in 1964 before sales were abruptley halted by court action inititiated by Captial Records. Utra Rare is this disc in this condition.
You will not find another like this one. This is guarenteed to be the best you will find of this pressing at a reasonable cost. Just look at the picks and you will see . You will not find another floating around Ebay especially like this .
