Description
This is the OUTER BOX ONLY - NO RECORDS INCLUDED - for the UK OR EUROPEAN ISSUE of the 1978 blue LP box set titled 'The Beatles Collection'. Parlophone Records catalog number of this box set is BC 13.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS BOX WILL ONLY BE USABLE WITH THE UK OR EUROPEAN ISSUES OF 'THE BEATLES COLLECTION' LP SET - IT IS NOT DEEP ENOUGH TO FIT ALL OF THE LPs THAT ARE INCLUDED WITH THE JAPANESE ISSUE OF THIS SET, AS THE JAPANESE ISSUE LPs ARE PACKAGED IN THICKER CARDBOARD COVERS AND WILL NOT ALL FIT INTO THIS EUROPEAN BOX WHICH IS A BIT SLIMMER THAN ITS JAPANESE COUNTERPART. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS BOX FOR USE WITH THE JAPANESE ISSUE OF 'THE BEATLES COLLECTION' BLUE LP BOX SET.
Condition of the box is a high VG+ with a small amount of contact wear and a little wear on a couple of the corners as can be seen in my accompanying images. As can also be seen in my accompanying image a previous owner has reinforced the inside of the front hinge of the box with clear tape in order to make it less susceptible to separation - The hinge IS NOT separated, the tape was added strictly to reinforce the hinge.
A junk record will be included inside the box in order to conform with USPS requirements for the media mail shipping category.
If you are missing the outer box or have a badly damaged outer box with your UK or European 'Beatles LP Collection' set this box will restore your set to its original complete status! Beatles LP collection! $5.50 SHIPPING via USPS Media Mail. SORRY, NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S. AT THIS TIME. BUYER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the box in the above stated condition if buyer is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
