It has 1/8" vertical breathe holes on the front cover. There is a 2" slit on top mouth of the cellophane. Factory sticker with song titles on the back cover. There are no cut marks, no big tears in the cellophane. The shrink is tight with sharp corners. Overall, very, very clean.
