On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Love Me Do" by The Beatles and is a UK 1962 1st pressing on the Red Parlophone label!!!! The B side is called 'P.S. I Love You'. THIS IS A VERY RARE SINGLE INDEED AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!! IN FACT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST CONDITIONED 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS SINGLE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! THIS WAS THE BEATLES 1ST SINGLE AND VERY VERY HARD TO FIND INDEED IN THIS CONDITION!!!! IT HAS PERFECT LABELS, AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! THIS IS ALSO THE VERY 1ST PRESSING FROM 1962 WITH 'FIRST PUBLISHED TEXT', 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' TEXT, 1ST PRESS RED PARLOPHONE LABEL, AND 'THE PARLOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT IN UPPER/LOWER CASE!!! THIS SINGLE IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! The matrix numbers are 7XCE 17144-1N & 7XCE 17145-1N. The mother and stamper codes are 1/M & 1/A (VERY early stamper codes - and BOTH from the first mother)!!!! This is an ORIGINAL UK Parlophone 1st Pressing on the Red Parlophone label and the Cat No is 45-R 4949. Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with STUNNING unrubbed and unfaded silver print, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! These are one of the BEST sets of labels I have EVER seen for this single!!!! IT IS ALSO VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED 3 OR 4 TIMES AT THE VERY MOST!!!! The record is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays STUNNINGLY with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss, and NO crackle!!!! The single must grade Excellent+ if not better and is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find in this condition!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press company sleeve!!!!
