	$		86

On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Love Me Do" by The Beatles and is a UK 1962 1st pressing on the Red Parlophone label!!!! The B side is called 'P.S. I Love You'. THIS IS A VERY RARE SINGLE INDEED!!!!  THIS WAS THE BEATLES 1ST SINGLE AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ALSO THE UK 1ST PRESSING FROM 1962 WITH 'FIRST PUBLISHED TEXT', 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' TEXT, 1ST PRESS RED PARLOPHONE LABEL, AND 'THE PARLOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT IN UPPER/LOWER CASE!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS SINGLE HAS 1/G 1/O MOTHERS AND STAMPERS - SHOWING THAT THIS WAS ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS SINGLE EVER!!!!  1/G IS OF COURSE THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE MOTHER AND STAMPER CODES FOR THIS SINGLE!!!!  THIS SINGLE IS VERY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! The matrix numbers are 7XCE 17144-1N & 7XCE 17145-1N.  The mother and stamper codes are 1/G & 1/O (MEGA early stamper codes - and BOTH from the first mother)!!!!  This is an ORIGINAL UK Parlophone 1st Pressing on the Red Parlophone label and the Cat No is 45-R 4949. Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels however arent perfect.  There is 2 marks to one label, and 3 marks to the other label (see picture) - though NONE affect any text.  Apart from this the labels have NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The record is in GREAT condition and plays BRILLIANTLY!!!!  Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, a few light hairlines (NON sounding), and only some VERY light paper scuffing only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is EVEN BETTER than the visual!!!! It plays BRILLIANTLY with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss, and only some VERY slight VERY low level crackle on the run on grooves!!!! The single must visually grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better - with the playing grade better still!!!!  THIS SINGLE PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL Parlophone Company sleeve!!!! THIS SINGLE MAY NOT BE MINT - BUT IT CERTAINLY PLAYS BRILLIANTLY, AND THIS IS GREAT CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN THIS RARE 1ST PRESSING OF THE BEATLES FIRST EVER SINGLE FOR CHEAPER PRICE THAN A MINT COPY!!!!  DONT MISS OUT!!!!

HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a great looking record and it is truly rare to find any copies of this RARE single!!!! THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1962 PARLOPHONE UK 1ST PRESSING OF "LOVE ME DO" BY THE BEATLES IN GREAT CONDITION!!!!
