SIDE ONE ~ SHZ 327 A - 1 SIDE TWO ~ SHZ 327 B - 3
The Sleeve is in Very Good Condition with a blemish between the 'P' and the 'L' on the word PLUS on the Front Cover and a Tiny Seem Split on the top center of the cover (see the third and fourth photo in the listing).  
The Record has been tested and has minimal surface noise and has 3 slight pops in the middle of 'Penny Lane'.  The record was fully played and there are not any skips.
