This is a 1964 U.S. CAPITOL RECORDS MONO PRESSING WITH SHRINKWRAP OF THE 1964 LP titled 'Something New' from The Beatles.  It is Capitol Records U.S. catalog number T 2108, black labels with rainbow borders, with its original red 'Join The Teen Set On Capitol' Capitol Records stock inner sleeve showing pictures of other then-current Capitol Records LP releases.  

This is a second 'west coast' pressing.

Number to the left of the RIAA logo at the bottom right corner of the back cover is 3
