Description

This is an ORIGINAL 1967 CAPITOL RECORDS U.S. RAINBOW LABEL STEREO LP containing the album titled 'Magical Mystery Tour' from The Beatles, originally released in 1967.  It is Capitol Records U.S. catalog number SMAL-2835, black labels with rainbow border, gatefold cover.  The original 24 page book IS INCLUDED with this LP, AND IT IS STILL ATTACHED TO THE INSIDE OF THE GATEFOLD COVER WITH BOTH STAPLES, FULLY INTACT.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in a plain white inner sleeve.
I have tried to determine exactly which pressing this and which pressing plant it came from and could not reference it exactly, as there are many variations.  Best I can determine is that it is a 1967 original, you may be able to determine the exact pressing plant it came from my looking at my accompanying image of the label.

Visual condition of play surface is a real nice EX with just a couple of very light visible sleeve marks which I do not believe are the result of use, cannot be felt, and will not affect play.  The name 'Judy' is written in very small letters in ballpoint on the outer rim of the B-side label.  Condition of cover is conservatively a mid to high VG+ with some ring and contact wear and some wear along the edges and on the corners, no splits or tears - The name 'Judy' is also written in very small letters in ballpoint on the top edge of the back cover at its left corner as shown in my accompanying image.  Plain white inner sleeve is in good shape with some very light wrinkles, no splits or tears.
