Condition of record is a high VG+ with a few very light barely visible surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play.  Cover has some minor condition issues which have lowered the price of this high quality MFSL LP somewhat - There are splits in the upper left halves of both the front and back top edges of the cover the upper right corner of the front album cover, and both sides of the back album cover has some wrinkling from exposure to water along their bottom edges.  Cover otherwise has some ring and contact wear, some small stains, and some general wear along the edges and on the corners, no tears, writing, or stickers.  MFSL cardboard inner liner has some small stains and some contact wear.  Static free dust free archival inner sleeve is in good shape with some light wrinkles, no splits or tears.
The main thing here and with any MFSL audiophile LP is the condition of the record - The record here is in nice VG++ condition, and the buyer will be getting this album at a somewhat lower economical price due to the condition issues with its cover. - This MFSL LP would be a choice addition to any audiophile or Beatles record collection!

$5.50 SHIPPING via USPS Media Mail. Shipping to areas outside the U.S. via eBay international shipping.  BUYER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP in the above stated condition if buyer is dissatisfied for any reason.
